28' Irwin Sailboat /Diesel / Wheel / Roller Furling (Lake Mead

This 1978 Irwin 28 has had excellent care so it remains a very good sailing vessel, it is in a slip at Lake Mead Marina and is ready to go.It sleeps 4-5, has a enclosed marine head, galley, fold down table in the salon, lots of opening ports, AM/FM Compact disc player and many storage compartments in the interior.The deck has halyards led to the cockpit, canvas including the bimini and covers for hatches and sails in very super condition, SELF TAILING winches, sail control lines to the wheel for single handling, combing compartments in the cockpit, BBQ grill, anchors fore and aft, life jackets and throwable cushion, and more.The sails include a very good mainsail, roller furling Genoa (about 130%) and a spinnaker with pole.When I look around the internet I find a few of these Irwin sail boats but at higher prices so this price is good, especially with the Yanmar DIESEL engine that replaced an inboard gas engine sometime in the 90s. It is rare to see a diesel in the Irwin 28. Electronics include AM/FM Compact disc player, VHF 2 way with the antennae mounted on the mast, the depth finder is not working yet but it might, and I waiting for a new battery pack for the Garmin 276C GPS to see if it will be working, I believe it will. She also has dock side power cord, very good battery charger to 2 battery bank.The hull is a shoal (shallow) keel with a swing dagger board. The bottom was cleaned 2 week ago.
